The mission of Aussie Backcountry is simple; to give anyone who loves to explore Australia a place to gain inspiration and share their experiences.

The journeys detailed here are ours, journeys shared with friends, family and even my faithful pup. From family travels as a young child into the vast Australian interior, the untamed emerald gems of Kakadu, or the beautiful (and fun!) snowscapes of winter in the High Country, these are the patchwork pieces that, once stitched together, have nourished the soul and will be forever cherished.
